“Needed emergency service after original company that was supposed replace our oil tank stalled then backed out of the job over the weekend after we experienced a leak. Sarah in service was extremely calm and professional - very down to earth. She arranged for speedy repair service and we had our tank patched the next day and replaced three days after that. Service was cheaper than several quoted prices given the nature of the emergency and time constraints. Business is very flexible and responsive... They allowed us to shop around for prices as well. The team that replaced the tank was in and out within 3 hours... professional and friendly, no mess left behind. They even cleaned the corner of the basement while the tank was out. They explained all of the work that they had done and were patient while we figured out payment. Only minor suggestion/issue was that it was $200 to have the team come and inspect/patch/quote a price but all said it was still on the cheaper end of the spectrum after the entire job in total and gave us peace of mind knowing it could wait 2 days to be replaced after the patch/inspection. Strongly recommend and will continue to use this business moving forward. Thanks again for being there for us!“
