Crew chief, JJ, introduced the crew members which I thought showed real class. He reviewed what the they were about to do and compared that to our quote. Liked that, no surprises we were all on the same page.Then the got to work. Covered floors and furniture with drop cloths. And, vacuumed when the job was done too.Great service. Very professional. “Of course it’s Saturday morning when I my flipped on the garbage disposal and it looked like volcano erupting out the sink almost to the ceiling. I wasn’t a former customer, but my former company had a voicemail that was full, “Good bye”. I called Payne, they were there in under and hour and finished unclogging the drain in an hour.
