James helped us with redoing the AC on a renovation project and has been terrific both during the big parts of the project early on as well as the little things we've followed up on as the summer heated up. He routinely checks in and has been a pleasure to work with, professional, courteous, and even helped walk me through a few steps on installation of my Nest thermostat.
