“My experience at this vet was wonderful. The staff was awesome. The doctor and his assistant was awesome ? they took their time explaining everything which I was at ease . I came in as a walk-in with my dog having his cyst on his back. When Doctor and assistant getting ready to drain the cyst it decides to squirt back at us LOL ? ??

While visiting for the weekend, our fur baby, Tyson, became sick resulting in his need for immediate evaluation and treatment. From our initial phone call to confirm our ability to bring him in, Mrs. Dee was so very patient and kind, which meant a lot to my parents and I given our concerns for Tyson’s well-being. When we arrived, her kindness translated throughout our in-person encounter which really helped to put our mind’s at ease, given the circumstances. Dr. Bonnette was equally as patient, and was very thorough in helping us to understand the process and next steps. Obviously, our little one becoming ill while on vacation was no ideal, but the care and customer service we received was very beneficial in giving us comfort to adjust and be flexible in getting Tyson what he needed.
