Great service and professionalism all the way! My initial call to General was back in July when I got home and it was 89° in my house. They were able to get someone out to my home within two hours. A new capacitor was installed and the system began cooling. I was so impressed with the prompt and knowledgeable service that I took out a maintenance agreement. Last week I called for my first of two service calls and Mr. Dennis was dispatched. He saved me from some serious water damage as my A/C drain pan was about to overflow. He unclogged both drains and made sure my furnace was safe to run for the winter. I highly recommend them.
Love our new AC installation!! We’ve had monthly service for a very long time that’s always been great! They told me it’s finally time to get a new AC. The old one was on its last leg. Wish I would’ve done it sooner, because I just got in my Entergy bill and it went down $300!! So happy and grateful!!
Lifesavers! My AC went out when it was super hot out, and now my heater goes out during a cold snap! Both times these folks came out and got everything squared away. Courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions and helped to educate me on my systems. So glad they are my HVAC people!Services: HVAC system maintenance
