Mike and Rochelle are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Their installers accidentally pulled off a section drip edge when removing our gutters. Company policy is that installers aren't allowed to tell the customers about issues but report to Rochelle or Mike when they get back to office and one of them will speak to the customer. Installers left without a word about the error at 2pm. My husband had the installers leave the gutters they'd removed and he found the drip edge inside a section of gutter hours before the installers returned to the office to report the issue. Mike came out after Hurricane Ida to give us a quote on replacing our gutters. He was able to complete the job about a week after providing us the estimate, and his team did a great job for a reasonable price. There are a lot of con artists advertising gutter services after the storm, so I'm really glad we went with someone local. He's also just a nice person!!!
Look, I don't know what these other doctor's problems were with this company, but I am fully satisfied. And I'm a doctor. They were very reasonably priced, and offered good selection of materials. We got the blue color and slit type gutter guards, looks great, and the guards are attached to my roof and the gutter! Will recommend in the future.
