I've been coloring my hair for years and changing salons due to frequent moving; over the years i've noticed changes in my hair to be point specific the way my hair lightened. Several stylist answered my question by stating 'thats how your hair's biology is.' just its nature, i gave up asking why. Stephanie didn't need to be asked this question, before she informed me that my hair was not giving an even lighten and it was because of protein it was lacking due to years of color damage! she sent me home with a mask, and its been the biggest change!!!!! Our appointment ran a little long (my hair is a force to be reckoned with) but she was still thorough with my color, cut and styling despite having other appointments lined up. She was apologetic for a small wait, included her other customers in our conversation, and made sure nobody felt neglected. She made me a coffee when I mentioned that I was super sleepy.
