I have followed Samie for 10+ years & my head of hair would not be my head of hair if it was not for her because these hands cannot! ??? Her salon and team are exceptional!!! ✨✨ They take the time and patience with you and make you feel so cozy that it makes the experience at Ellav8te so personable you literally would not want to go anywhere else ??? It’s spoiled on another level and I’m here for it lol! ?? Samie is a genius at what she does & her passion radiates through her craft! This salon is beautiful, cozy, and chic and the girls are AMAZING! If you are looking for a non rushed, personable salon experience then this is the place for you!✨??

The absolute BEST. I recently moved to New Orleans and my biggest fear was trying to find a new stylist. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I booked with Hannah. She was fantastic. I love this salon and the team here! I've coming here for a couple of years now, and I don't see myself ever going anywhere else! Courtney has been my stylist and I love her so much. She's so sweet and amazing at what she does. My haircuts always come out great and I love the way they look! Also the nespresso machine they have now is amazing lol. Everyone and everything about this place is a 10/10, can't recommend it enough!

ELLAV8TE Salon is the creation of Samie Gonzalez , a New Orleans native, who launched her professional career after graduating the Aveda Institute New Orleans in 2010. She sought out to create a laid back luxury space in the heart of Metairie. This space is perfect for the mom who wants an escape or the girl boss who needs to work. We wanted to keep our services simple. We offer dimensional color, " Lived In'" lower maintenance color, and extensions. (Check out our site for descriptions.)
