“I've been coming here for quite some time and the front office has gotten pretty awful. When I first started coming here everyone was always so cheerful and nice, but now they have a lot of newer faces and most are extremely rude. They hardly ever greet you when you go to the window and half the time you have to stand there for a while before someone even acknowledges you. Recently I've had a couple experiences with talking to them on the phone also and they were just as rude. However, Dr. Mai is great! I can say he's one of the best doctors I've had. He is very sweet and tries his best to accommodate your needs. He answers all of my questions and doesn't ever seem to get agitated with me. He is the reason why I still come here.“

“I have consistently gotten excellent care from Dr. Nguyen and all members of the team.Additionally and importantly, I've never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen when I've dropped in or more than 10 when I've had an appointment. Once, the wait in the back was longer than ideal, but I don't think that it's ever taken me more than an hour to check-in, get seen, and get the care I need.This is my absolute go-to when I don't need to be on the East Bank for work.“
