I went to urgent care because I was feeling bad enough not to function but not bad enough for a hospital trip. I was not really sure what was going on with me on top of not feeling well. Dr Rugile was extremely pleasant to deal with and very professional. The medical exam did not feel cold or absent and I felt like I had a real intelligent conversation where information was provided at my level and I felt empowered to make choices with a positive impact on my health. I left the office knowing what was wrong that day and how to tackle it. I also left knowing when I would need to check back in for further direction for my care, if needed. Thank you, Dr Rugile!

Dr. Rugile was excellent! He examined me, explained my issue so I could understand. He treated me, sent my prescription to the drug store, then made a referral for me. All in short order! But best, he is a very cool guy!

DR. RUGILE HANDLED MY HEALTH PROBLEM VERY PROFESSIONALLY! HE (RUGILE) GAVE GOOD ADVISE AND CARING...I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS OSHSNER SITE AGAIN IF DR. RUGILE IS ON STAFF!!THANKS DOC, GARY
