Brandon and his process serving company gained a forever customer once I hired him and saw just how great his work was. From the very beginning, Brandon was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me get multiple defendants served in a short amount of time. When I first contacted Brandon in early April, he answered all of my questions about pricing, what it covered, and so on. I had contacted multiple process servers before him, he was the only one who called me back and asked me if I needed a process server to serve papers to an individual. I wasn't ready financially to move forward. Once I was ready to hire a process server in late April, I considered a cheaper option. However, I just didn't feel confident that the other company would handle my case properly. So I decided to go with Brandon's services instead. This turned out to be the right choice. Brandon was tasked with serving multiple defendants across three or more different locations in Lousiaina, not only serving defendants in individual capacity but also official capacity. He got started on the job right away, and kept me regularly informed every step of the way. I received detailed updates on who was served, when, and how. This gave me full visibility into the progress. Beyond just the service itself, Brandon also helped me by filing the proof of service paperwork at the courthouse. He let me know when the court received the documents and provided the USPS tracking information. Overall, I highly recommend Brandon and his process serving company Southwest LA Process Service. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and ensured my case was handled efficiently and correctly. I visited this shop a day before my birthday based on my sister's recommendation. I arrived an hour late, which I don't recommend, so I expected to have to wait. However, when I got there, the lady was really cool. Even though it was busy, she managed to fit me in. The atmosphere was awesome - as a male in a shop full of women, I felt a chill vibe. The service didn't take long at all, and my hair turned out better than I had expected. The cost was great too, so I will definitely be returning every time I need a retwist. They truly deserve a five-star rating!

As soon as I went to that side of the building, I was transported to an amazingly serene atmosphere with dimmed lighting and fresh lemon and cucumber water. My esthetician, Shantel was very accommodating and explained everything throughly. I am looking forward to trying more spa treatments.

Very nice workers They double checked their work and were very detail oriented They checked in with me every step of the way. The leg massage was by far the best leg massage I've had at a nail salon in a very long time. I feel so bad that they don't have a great rating on yelp because they were great and there were many women in there with scheduled appointments that looked like regulars. I highly recommend. Although I did not get Gel X nails, they said they do them.

!!!DIABETIC PEDICURES!!! Not many nail salons are equipped with someone who knows the ends and outs of dealing with a diabetic patients nails. My aunts nails split in half down to the skin at times. They have never made her bleed, cause infection, or cut too deep.

I LITERALLY can't say enough about the owner Lynn and her daughter Miah. Both ladies were fantastic, spending so much time on my nails. I came in with a literal disaster from another shop!! And the crazy thing is that the man who had done this disaster set was the same nail tech that used to do them perfectly years ago...I guess he was just burnt out-and it absolutely showed!!! When I arrived at my appointment, Miah started my soak off and was so professional and sweet. My appointment was with the owner Lynn who was finishing with another client and then she stepped in. The removal of this other set of nails was only 3 days old and they were so misshaped and thick that I couldn't stand to wear them a minute longer!!! Lynn spent extra time and was SO careful not to hurt my natural nails during the removal process which I really appreciated!! Other times that I've had removal done in the past to let my natural nails grow out, they always burned me with the file and filed too much of my natural nail off during the removal process! Lynn gave me an amazing set of nails!! She did everything that I asked and never made me feel like I was a bother or that I was picky at all!!! Please help me in supporting a local female small business owner and I promise when you leave there~you will be 'HAPPY'!!! They have a new customer for LIFE at Happy Nails on Nelson Road!!

The lady that’s always in there (not the blonde) is SO sweet I wish I could tip her more because she so polite and actually listens to what you want and does good. for awhile I just went to get powder over my natural nails because they were long and I wanted to protect them. she would be careful and soak them off and made sure not to break the nails I had spent so long growing. 10/10 honestly! just went back to get my nails done with just white acrylics and I talked to her again and remembered how nice she was, the prices are low 5 stars great service (the blonde lady who was in there kept talking to her in what I assume was Vietnamese but I could be wrong and all judgy like looking over at her working and at my nails I kinda felt bad but she still slayed my nails anyways. BTW the Walmart checkout noises are kinda odd to listen to while getting your nails done lol)

Amazing experience each time I visit. She’s an old-school stylist who knows all the new hair techniques. I have long, thick natural hair, and she is always more than happy to style it with the utmost professional customer service. This time, I decided to pamper myself with a steam deep conditioning treatment. It was amazing. Usually, I only get a silk press and a trim, which always turn out fabulous. She also gave me many recommendations for products and tips to help improve the health of my natural hair when I asked her about taking care of it at home.

I am extremely pleased with Floor Trader Lake Charles. I was dealing with a Big Box store (Lowes), in which I wasn't happy with the customer service, warranty issue and price. I decided to try a local business. Much to my surprise their price was almost half the Big Box store. Tony was amazing and helped me. I knew I found the place to get my new flooring. He also recommended a couple of installers. Charles and Jeremy, were so comforting and renewed my trust in people who do carpentry/construction work in our area. They came to work and worked all day, kept me in the loop, worked around us as we had to stay in the house as well as did an amazing job. I was taken advantage of post storms and flood. As a homeowner, and not a tradesman or contractor, I had trouble finding the right words to explain the problem we were up against in finishing the kitchen crown molding with various sized gaps from cabinet tops to the ceiling which the crown molding itself would not bridge in some places. The solution is simple: a backer board of some sort that also brings extra depth and profile to the whole thing. A plain square board would do, but a simple baseboard with a flat back and just a little bit of profile on top, turned upside down looks so much better. And you had all that I needed in stock. Thanks so much for your help today, it's gonna look amazing.

Dr. Veronica Wilkins was very polite, professional, and prompt. She offered several treatment options for my situation and I’m extremely pleased with the results.

I found Optimum Health Chiropractic while looking for a solution to my lower back pain. I’ve been very impressed by Dr. Rider’s knowledge base and the time he takes creating/explaining/following through with a treatment plan. We went over my second x-ray today which visually shows improvement on top of my physical pain relief. Paige and Shelby have also both been awesome and made me feel welcome from day one. It’s safe to say Optimum Health Chiropractic lives up to its name!

I brought my daughter here from out of state upon her chiropractors recommendation. My daughter has PANS, an immune disorder that affects her brain, causing severe inflammation. She is a state wrestling champion and placed all American in Fargo and we were looking to improve her strength and function on top of helping with the primary concern of the brain inflammation. Dr Daigles vast knowledge of the brain and its function has impressed me far more than the neurologists that we have seen, which includes Boston Children’s Hospital. Not cheap but worth every single penny.

we have been bringing our babies to Dr. Terry Ford for over 20 years. when he moved to Lake CharLes we decided to stick with him. why? , because he is simply the best .... he cares about our guys , he cares about us as pet parents and he has made us friends , because of his giant heart we would NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE. when a vet gets down and holds your babies and cries with you , you better believe he cares and has the superior knowledge to know what to help them whether to ease their pain or end it. I could write a book concerning our 20 plus years of love and care, but instead do yourself a favor and your babies go to this man.

My dog had sudden labored breathing, wasn’t moving much nor standing up at all she looked very distressed. There is no emergency vet in my area in southeast Tx so we drove here and they took her in immediately and tended to her. She stayed over night and by the next morning when I picked her up she was walking again! Staff was very friendly and compassionate!

Dina does an amazing job so would never consider anywhere else, she is five star, but the app is very confusing. Lists all times for 1 hr appt open , but in 30 min intervals. Then it's explained the therapists break time isn't factored in to the app/book online. Had openings that were booked also shown open. Big disconnect from what the user sees and actuality of what is open.

Tried Thai massage from Coco for the first time. She is very good and knowledgeable. Took a lot of my lower back pain away. Thai massage is not for everyone but it helped me.

When I tell yall she is an angel sent from above I mean it!!
After going to many chiropractors, doctors and dentists apts we finally found hope Therapy!
A few weeks back we were told kohen had “reflux” and he was put on a couple different medications.
The medications did not work so we ended up going to the chiropractor for some relief(he was going like 7 days without going to the bathroom). After seeing the chiropractor we were told he had a disorganized suck and we were referred to Dr McQuade. Dr McQuade
Also informed us he had a disorganized suck. After a lot of back and forth she referred us to Hope Therapy and i am so truly thankful she did! Come to find out he in fact DID NOT have reflux he had a lip,tongue and check tie that was causing him to literally vomit after every feeding.
I feel like the new thing is all these babies have “reflux” and some probably do but in our case we did not. We ended up having the procedure to release them and EVERY SINGLE SYMPTOM IS GONE!! GONE!

Where to start, so grateful to these guys. I had a frozen shoulder and now I can pretty much spin it like a propeller lol. They will challenge you, and help you so much. Very friendly and they talk with you and treat you like family. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy to go see them, (corner of Nelson Rd and mcneese in lake Charles.). I love the entire staff they are superheroes. I gave 5 stars but they deserve infinity stars!!
