Small, clean facility. I like the wide variety of options that are given: HIIT, core, buns, arms, yoga, etc. Hot Yoga, Warrior, Cycle, and Blast are my top 4! I just started booking the FX Zone and wish I had been from the beginning. It’s definitely a challenge if you’re looking for something new/different.

I love this innovative workout. I sweat more in this workout than in my regular workout. The staff is professional and always ready to help. The workouts will definitely challenge you.
