“Robert is fantastic. Very kind, knowledgeable, and has fair prices. This has become my go to shop from now on. My old glasses broke and he took the time to cut the lenses down to fit one of his frames he had in shop for a very reasonable price. The new frames broke today and I showed him and he swapped them out instantly with no cost or paperwork. If you buy glasses from him he’ll waive the eye exam fee (assuming this is all the time and not a special promo). Thanks Robert!“

“Grand Vision is easy to work with. The staff is friendly. I wear contacts and glasses and have gone for my yearly exam here for the past 2 years. The insurance info is always clear. I haven't bought glasses here, but my husband had them put new lenses into his frames without a problem. My only suggestion is for the doctors to stop saying, "You're at the age where you'll need reading glasses soon." If I don't need reading glasses now, stop saying what I might need one day.“

Dr. Michelle is simply the best! Thorough, patient, knowledgeable. I know my eyes are in the best of hands under her care. My contact and lens prescriptions are outstanding! Dr. Michelle manages to give me the sharpest vision possible.

You can stop reading now and just make your appointment - you’ll understand as soon as you’ve been.The office is well appointed and conveniently located, and costs are extremely reasonable. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, going so far as to check in when (due to my previous optometrist’s ongoing bungling) my insurance would cover the appointment but not getting new glasses or contacts. That level of responsible customer care is above and beyond, and it informed the entire experience.The exam is easy, thorough, and fast, with updated systems arranged to keep you (even as a very big and tall human like myself, comfortable the entire time.
