Stumbled upon this storefront today while back to school shopping. The Lakeside store was fun, welcoming and organized. The employees were in such great moods, and helpful when needed. I was in and out in probably less than 20 minutes. Can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive at my door in a few days.

The staff here are fantastic! CK and Gerald were incredibly patient with me while I tried on what felt like every pair of glasses in the store. But more than that, while CK and Gerald were helping me, the other store clerk (I believe her name is Shakira) was at one point reading a book to my 2 year old son to keep him occupied. If Warby Parker had a daycare program, I'd use it. I will be coming to this location for any glasses I need forever, and maybe just to visit as well. I could not recommend this place enough.

I met Preston while visiting the Metairie store to check out the selection of sunglasses. He was professional, courteous, patient, and informative. I returned a few days later pleased to see that he was working. He helped me find prescription sunglasses for my very narrow face and answered my questions as well as making recommendations. I will return again to purchase reading glasses from Preston. The selection is extensive. The process is seamless. The prices are reasonable.
