4223 Magazine St, New Orleans“Love my girls at Grace! I started going here in 2020 and I’ve loved it ever since. Every time is a great experience and you actually learn the basics of Pilates here. I’ve not taken a yoga class here but adding that to the list as well. I’ve been slacking and not going since I’ve been at home w| my new baby but I can’t not wait to get back into the groove of things and start those classes back up.“
“House of Skye has the best yoga classes I’ve taken in ~20 years of intermittent practice all around the country. Within two classes, Adelaide helped correct pose misalignments nobody had ever pointed out to me, and she was 100% correct— I feel better and stronger than I have in ages.Incredible value, too— you’re paying the same price for private or semi-private, 1-4 people classes, vs. studios where there might be 10-20 other people!“
“I just joined the Hotworx family and I am so glad I did! When I inquired online the staff was immediately responsive. The staff is friendly, the space is clean and the workouts are challenging! I am enjoying my experience. I would encourage anyone contemplating on coming in to just do it!!!“

“I have been going to The Pilates and Yoga Loft for so many years. I know Andree, the owner, personally, have seen the ebbs and flows of business, and the way she handles it with grace. Her instructors never fail the students. The classes I take are always a challenge. The instructors are well-versed in their knowledge of the class. Now that it has gone virtual, I am loving the options even more. I am so happy to practice both yoga and pilates here. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.“

4608 Freret St, New Orleans“I recently went to Freret Street Yoga and tried one of Geoffrey's Level 2+ classes. I am an experienced yoga student but was unsure if that level would be too difficult. The class - and the owner/instructor Geoffrey - was amazing! His instruction is so clear and relaxed and, at the same time, very motivating. I cannot wait to go back. Thanks, Geoffrey, for creating such a beautiful space in which to practice and for finally introducing a place to practice in New Orleans that I can get excited about. See you soon!“
“I have been a member of Free to Be for five years and I love this studio and the FTB community. I dealt with nagging back injury/pain for years following football and finally got some advice from a friend to give yoga a chance. This reformed meathead owes a lot to the practice, and this particular studio in general. If you are contemplating yoga, don't hesitate - it's accessible to all and life changing. And, you can't do better than FTB.“

8338 Oak St, New Orleans“I dropped in for an Easter Sunday evening class because this was actually the only place that I could find open. I had been here once before and I remembered that the studio is really hot. Having said that, I found Gabriella's class to be extremely different than the same old rut that I felt stuck in. I work new muscles and learned new skills. It was definitely much appreciated! **Not for the beginner or faint of resolve**.“

2513 Metairie Rd, Metairie“Classes are structured and challenging which is good. My experience with the staff at Club Pilates has been excellent. However, I would like to speak on an experience with other students. As my class ended a caucasian woman tells another caucasian woman coming in the door that “the instructor is black”. The lady walking into the door says “o no”. That was the most uncomfortable situation for me as a black woman. I didn’t want to make a scene but I am extremely hurt. I hate to put things like this on this platform because it isn’t Club Pilates’ fault. As a person of color I have the responsibility of making others aware of the types of environments they are walking into for their safety! There are very hateful and evil people everywhere… even in such a peaceful environment. With this said Alicia, the instructor a beautiful woman who is very knowledgeable and talented instructor deserved nothing but praise. She was amazing and I will be going back to her classes specifically!“

2940 Canal St, New Orleans“I have enjoyed several Kundalini intensives with Steph Smith at Swan River, and they have been life-changing and so healing for me. I have practiced yoga for a decade in my journey through grief and PTSD/panic disorder. I was only recently introduced to Kundalini after a friend recommended Steph’s intensives. I will always think of my mind and life now in two phases- before kundalini and after kundalini. My mind simply functions differently now that I have integrated what Steph has taught me into my everyday life. I’m so grateful to Steph and to Swan River for offering this to the community. Love and Light!“

“Love HOTWORX like such a great atmosphere and I love the saunas there. So many different temp settings so I don't get too overheated. But the cycling and Pilates are rlly my favorite. So peaceful too. I high recommend all women join in the year 2024.“
