Very small but space is well utilized with the infrared rooms. Rooms are small but fine for one or two people. New to individuals who like the sauna and workouts at the same time. Rooms are hot but not extremely hot.

Always clean, excellent service. Emilee provides a “warm”(pun intended) welcoming environment. The entire staff is always accommodating and helpful. I always feel safe going there even in the wee hours, it’s lit accordingly, making the entire parking area and facilities visible.

If you wanted to try the peloton bike TRY THIS PLACE LESS COST! Normally I love going to workout classes, but due to the pandemic most classes are canceled. I needed a workout with less people. This place is the one to go to! I always loved the idea of a sauna. This gym allows you to work out in sauna in less time to burn more calories. I signed up about a month ago and waited to write review due to be hesitant about this place! I do not regret it at all! I love it here and have already seen results while following a healthy diet I lost 9 pounds in one month and more toned body! I got two of my family members to sign up of how great this gym.
