This is the urgent care I always use and I visited here 4 days ago. Nice backstaff, neat facility. There’s a new front desk lady. I’ve never had in issue until today. Very rude and dismissive. I called about test results and she immediately dismissed me saying “the nurse will call you whenever your results are in”. I called because I thought I had missed a call but she didn’t let me get to that part neither did she didn’t even bother to ask my name or DOB to even just check. Upon telling her I thought I missed the call due to my phone being on DND while at work she responded back with a very nasty attitude and that was the end of the conversation…anyway,...read full review

Highly recommend.This is the first time visiting this facility. The staff was friendly and professional. Had a physician assistant, PA Hatch, he was also professional and efficient. Came in for non-Covid coughing, promptly diagnosed as bronchitis and provided prescriptions.I arrived at opening (8:30 am ) on a Friday morning and was checked out within a half hour. This includes signing up as a new patient. Thank you St. Charles Urgent Care PA.
