I always go to Urgent Care in Kenner because I am checked in and out in less than a hour. The Staff is so courteous and professional, they get the job done. Thanks to all of the employees at Urgent Care in Kenner! Keep up the good work.

Before they were fully staffed, we had a subpar visit, but I gave them another shot b/c we live down the street. And they've really pulled it together. My daughter has a condition that periodically lands us at an urgent care on a Friday or a weekend. In the past 3 months, we've been to LCMC (specifically the U/C Care in Kenner) four times. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors - it's been 4 perfect visits! My daughter asked to make this her regular doctor's office & was disappointed when I explained it was U/C only. Took my daughter in due to her crying that her ear hurt a lot. Walked in and it was empty. We waited about 3/4 minutes and got called into a room. From the receptionist ,to the nurse to Dr. Cabrera,everyone was super nice. It was the quickest I’ve ever been in and out from an urgent care and the doctor was super gentle and nice. Hope to have the same experience in the future!
