Mr John came to our home to access our dryer that was not functioning properly. He investigated and initially found that we had a faulty timer. He ordered the timer, returned and discovered that it was not the timer but a damaged relay or something to that effect. He fixed the problem and proceeded to inform us that the price of repair would be significantly less than previously quoted. Based on my experience of being away from my family; I refused to give him his new balance and he being a man of fair practice refuse to take what I was offering him for his time and professionalism. I called to schedule an appointment to have my washer repaired, John came out, checked out the washer, showed me what was wrong with the machine. We discussed repair options, he suggested that repairs would cost more than it was worth (transmission, bearings, seals, & belt)
The transmission alone would have cost over 300 dollars plus labor. John said replacement was the best option, and we discussed replacement options, and who gave the best service. I will definitely call him again when I need anything repaired.
Mr John is the best! Highly recommended!! I’m never going to be looking forward to an appliance breakdown, but after dealing with these guys…. I’m not worried at all. Mr John will get you back up and running!! Definitely give him a call
