“My recent visit didn't go as well as previous visits. After initial vitals were taken, I had to wait in the exam room for 25 minutes before the nurse came in. There were no other patients at the clinic. Unacceptable! The nurse appeared to have just gotten up from a nap even though it was 8:30am and seemed very uninterested in what was wrong with me. Without running any tests she said I "only" had a cold, gave me a steroid shot, and released me. I don't think I will be going back.“

“Met today to go over my lab work. It was so detailed and explained to where I understood all about my medical workup. It was so nice to have someone take their time to explain each test result to me. Relaxing atmosphere“

“So happy with this gym. It’s a really nice facility with a wide variety of classes at an affordable price. All of the trainers on the fitness floor and class instructors I’ve interacted with are friendly and caring.“

“I can't say enough about my stay at Ochsner on O'Neal. I've been coming to this facility since way before it was Ochsner. Nobody wants to be at a hospital, but if you find yourself in need, Ochsner on O'Neal has definitely exceeded my expectations. From the Security guard in the front door of the ER to he Help desk to Triage and back to ER. Cameron, and Chad were excellent and Mike in Ultrasound made it happen!! My Nurses, Georgette and Ricky were very caring and attentive. Last but certainly not least... Wanda, CNA was our favorite. She made sure I was comfortable and has a genuine compassion for her patients. Thank you to Speech and Physical Therapy and anyone else I failed to mention. This hospital has come a very long ways!! Its the staff that makes it happen. Thanks to housekeeping as well, it's the cleanest facility I've seen in a long time.“
