Honestly I was terrified to come to this facility after reading the reviews, saying the front desk was rude and mean, and that the doctors didn’t care about their patients and didn’t try to help them. Well, the front desk staff were as sweet as can be, and work really well as a team. I didn’t know who my Doctor was going to be bc my PCP scheduled the appointment, but the reviews made we feel that I wouldn’t be taken care of. That was also not the case, Dr. Patel is an amazing Dr, and he is going beyond anything that I expected to help me and figure out the cause of my pain and the root of my health issues. Dr. Gaynor & his staff are professional, compassionate & make you feel like you’re the only patient they see. I’m so glad I now have an orthopedist who is trying to help me regain mobility & less pain in my back & legs. Kudos to the surgical team who make you feel comfortable & answer any questions you have. Thanks for going the extra mile for your patients!

Hours spent on hold trying to get an appointment. Terrible experience. Incredibly frustrating. I don’t have any criticism of the individual doctors, however gaining access to them is extremely inefficient with multiple hours spent on hold just to schedule a follow up appointment.Update June 2023: after my prior experience, their system has improved substantially with minimal wait times now. So upgrading from 1 star to 4.
