“Mr John came to our home to access our dryer that was not functioning properly. He investigated and initially found that we had a faulty timer. He ordered the timer, returned and discovered that it was not the timer but a damaged relay or something to that effect. He fixed the problem and proceeded to inform us that the price of repair would be significantly less than previously quoted. Based on my experience of being away from my family; I refused to give him his new balance and he being a man of fair practice refuse to take what I was offering him for his time and professionalism. After an awkward moment of confusion, I informed him that I couldn’t take the money back and he had to take the amount I was giving him. He reluctantly took the funds and thanked my wife and I.
I say all this to say; honest professionals are hard to find. Mr John is truly a honest professional. If you need your appliances assessed so that you can make the best decision regarding your finances; Mr John is the one to call!
