I have been to Lourdes Urgent Care twice and both times I was seen quickly. The Nurse Practitioner there’s was very nice and professional and very knowledgeable as well. The staff was also friendly and courteous - especially the young man at the front checking me in. Both times I received a follow up call to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend Lourdes Urgent Care in Broussard. ??11-27-2023 Went again for a sore throat and earache- Lourdes has THE BEST N.P.’s! Don’t want to go to any other Urgent Care. 5 Stars!

Once I got in there, my appointment was for 11:00 am, I didn't get in to see Dr. until 12:30 pm. But, the service from Lena Osborne Sevin, PA and other staff who treated me were great. I do think you could work on letting people make appointments and having them have to wait that long. But, because of the great service besides that my experience there was still good!

I made an appointment online and was a little perturbed when I waited 20 minutes to see the PA then I realized they took all the time I needed to get a complete diagnosis. I can only thank all the people responsible and will be happy to wait knowing someone else is getting great care.
