Great experience! Will be my new place to go when my family or I need to see a dr. NP Hancox was friendly and professional. Had a great experience with the whole staff. Referred my friend, and she loved them too.

Everything was amazing! The Nurse Practitioner, Crystal, was the best we have ever been to! My daughter was scared and sick and normally on Medicaid you get treated different, but she went above and beyond to the point of seeing my daughter had a grinch outfit on and brought her grinch out to help swab her! We tested positive for RSV, but my 9 month old was treated the best she has ever been!

Everyone except nurse & assistant was super friendly. They weren't ugly but not friendly at all. I had appt at 9:30am & saw physician at 11:30 and lasted less than 20 seconds. Physisian & receptionist were super super nice. It's ashamed that 1 or 2 people not being friendly spoils the whole clinics rating. I kind of think they may have forgotten about me but I was right across from nurse station. Again, they weren't rude but not friendly. This message is only to improve your service.
