Many employees, including the nurse practitioner, show kindness and empathy, often going above and beyond to provide excellent care. Although wait times may vary, patients have experienced quick visits—some in under 30 minutes—and efficient service. Patients have expressed gratitude for the friendly and caring staff, especially when traveling from other states. Overall, Lourdes Urgent Care is a helpful and compassionate destination for healthcare needs, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
I walked in with a severe asthma attack/ COPD flare up. Miss Kay, Miss Brittney, Miss Teedi, and Miss Kayla were so exceptional. They treated me like a person and not just a patient. They were kind and calm and definitely deserve praise. Thank you ladies
Great people and have only had 2 negative visits. One didn't prescribe meds when my sinus/congestion issues were starting- then it turned into acute bronchitis and full blown sinus infection. Took a while to get over- with proper meds.
The last time- just make sure the meds prescribed are covered under your insurance. It was a small hiccup.
