“First time customer and we will definitely be back! My Sim is a 7 year old special needs Shih Tzu. He's a rescue who has been groomed under sedation since he was rescued and he's also blind. After years of sedated grooms that were starting to affect him we reached out to see if they were willing to try grooming him without sedation (he was sedated due to his reactions when they groomed certain areas). They said they would give it try and they were successful! They have tricks to deal with little quirks and the treats I brought with him didn't hurt the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a special needs or older animal to them for grooming as they took great care in grooming my dog that was previously classified as being too reactive to be groomed while awake. He was very happy when I picked him up and even had a cute little bandana on.“

Binx never handled the vet well, but she did good with the team at TCP and though I balled my eyes out at their facility, they took time to comfort me and have made follow ups feel personal and professional. I received a handwritten card this week in the mail that moved me, as it was a first experience to have with a Vet office. I miss her terribly, but the card helped me feel a little more at peace. Sometimes, it’s the little things that make all the difference to some. I am grateful.“
