Answered the phone quickly and actually helped me diagnose my problem over the phone. My safe had been sealed for 4 years. I could not get anyone local to look at it. I was going to pay them a trip charge but they diagnosed it over the phone and I had my safe open in 10 minutes!

Called to have new doorknob installed & was giving an appointment date that fitted my schedule. The gentleman who arrived was very professional & courteous! Not having the patience myself to do the work, I relied on a professional! This man had all the right tools 🛠️ & had my new doorknob installed in minutes! I was impressed 👍

I stopped by today to have keys duplicated for my motorhome. I've had keys done in the past in many other locations across the US. They never get it right the first time. We'll, this place got it right for all keys. And with good manners too! Customer service at it's best at American Key and Lock Company!
