After an unfortunate ceiling collapse at the house, we had to get the wood floors refinished and repaired (amongst other repairs). Martin Brothers Flooring LLC did a fantastic job getting us back in the house with our beautiful floors before Christmas! They're so pretty and even Stormy (our dog!) is being more cautious about making sure they stay like this for a long time! Highly recommend these guys!
Best flooring options. Really listens to customer needs and concerns. I have a finished basement and have my art studio there. The floors were carpeted which meant having to be extra careful not to spill paint, etc. when working. I also have two large dogs. When the drain for the dehumidifier units became blocked, water seeped under the wall and into the studio. I wasn't aware of it for a while and the area affected molded. Fortunately I had insurance that covered the damage and decided to augment the settlement amount and have Martin Brothers re-do the floor and get rid of the carpeting. We decided to have the other two rooms my husband uses as office space done as well. What an amazing job! We went with a rugged flooring that could withstand the dogs as well as survive the occasional studio accident. They were in for two full days and a small amount of time on a third. Installed the new floor, took care of all the trim at the base of the walls and stairs, and cleaned everything up when done. I did decide to put industrial-strength area rugs under my studio easels and storage cabinets. I also had to put down a couple runners so the dogs wouldn't slip and slide around in their rush for the door when I opened it to let them out. It's been a couple years and the floors still look fantastic, even where they are not covered. There are no scratched from dog toenails or my moving stuff around. I couldn't be happier. Quality product, quality service, quality workmanship, and a level of expertise about flooring that meant I would have the information I needed to choose the best flooring solution for the space. When the times comes to have my hardwood floors refinished, I will calling Martin Brothers Flooring.
