We were working under a tight timeline with our home remodeling project so I appreciated the efforts of the store manager who worked with us to get our flooring order ready for pick up earlier than expected.

very upset i placed my order a week before i picked it up when i paid they told me everything was in stock. when i picked up there was a part missing they did not have it at their store my floor was going to be installed Saturday they said the only thing i could do is drive to Cincinnati and pick it up.. i feel that it was their responsibility for them to pick the part up and bring it to their store. I will not do business with them again.

We wanted to redo our kitchen and all my friends suggested that we stop by Lumber Liquidators. Boy are we glad we did! We bought a high quality vinyl lock in flooring and it is truly a terrific product for much less than other stores. The staff were absolutely tremendous! From the order date to arrival. From pickup to installation they had all the answers for all our questions! Truly a seamless process! As Always, Enjoy!
