My son-in-law called me to say his AC was not working and the HVAC company he had look at it told him his compreessor was beyond repair and he needed a new unit for $7000. I called Durbin Heating & Cooing. Not only was their recommended replacement 15% less (for a better unit), but after examining our unit closely, Brent Durbin informed me that all the unit needed was a new capacitor. He had it cooling perfectly in a matter of minutes. Durbin had a sale in hand but chose the honest way, the right way to treat a customer and very inexpensively repaired my unit. As Brent Durbin said to me when he left, "this way, I sleep well at night." Durbin Heating & Cooling are good people.“
