They are excellent at what they do. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The guys that came out to install our new furnace and AC unit had a big job to do since they were removing a furnace that was 56 years old. They did a GREAT JOB. They were on time, explained everything about the new units, and cleaned up after the work was completed. The entire group from the office staff and all the other employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I can’t say enough about this company. I have used them for better than 30 years. I have had four homes now and they have been with me with all four. Brent Ryan Mark Charlie are all the best. In this 90° heat today my AC quit last night. Brent had someone here today fixed and the house is cool again. Better yet I had to leave While Ryan was here and thought I would make it back in time before he got finished but he finished with a quick fix, locked my House up and left me a note. I just think this goes above and beyond. I would recommend Durbin heating and air to any and everyone. Thank you guys see you in the fall for my normal Furnace maintenance and cleaning

The address attached to the company, is the office, this is not an office that customers can walk into and request services. This is simply where the calls from customers are answered.The business on 3615 Werk Road, is the companies shop. This is where the employees obtain supplies and drop off old units. This shop is not a office that customers can walk into. If you need service you can call the number attached and set up an appointment.Overall great this is a company, the employees are real and honest. they are not going to sell you something that you don't need and they work to solve your problems effectively.
