“Yoga East is a wonderful place to practice. The large studio offers several sort of props from blocks, to eye pillows etc. The teachers are extremely attuned to the yogis, communicating and offering modifications and helping when needed. The classes have different levels from chair yoga to intermediate, and classes are prepared and presented in a mindful and sensitive way to accommodate every student. My experience at YOGA EAST has been super beneficial and amazingly feeling. Very highly recommended!“

“I've had a really good experience so far at hot yoga Louisville. Every class I go to the instructor is waiting at the door to greet you & introduce themselves if they see a new face. All of the instructors I've been with have taught larger classes while also still keeping an eye on me as a beginner to the practice. One of my favorite instructors so far has been Abby but I have enjoyed all of the classes and instructors so far! It really feels like a judgment free zone amongst all staff & other members at this studio. I am so thankful I gave hot yoga at this location a chance. “I am so thankful for this studio and the physical and mental benefits I have reaped over the past year. I have always struggled with flexibility (like, if I tried to touch my toes my fingers hovered a good six inches above ground). My flexibility and strength have markedly improved as well as my quality of sleep and overall mood. The instructors are kind and approachable and since the classes are small, they are able to offer corrections when needed. Instructors are knowledgeable and mindful of injuries/modification needs.
