Someone was here within 15 minutes. In between getting X-rays and a ceiling falling in, I was more than frazzled. Tim and Ian arrived first. They were very understanding about everything going on. They called more people in to assist. There will never be enough words to express my gratitude to Susan Wells. She called me on Friday to check in and had a plan on how to not just repair, but fix the problem. Luis was great. He explained what I needed to relay to the HVAC people. Unfortunately, I do not know the names of everyone who showed up to help, but I will never let a contractor pick my plumbers again. I will always pick Prow Brothers.
