we had an issue with our ac unit. I called them at 3:30 in the afternoon to make an appointment to have someone come look at the unit. the tech was there and had my ac cooling within a hour. they were up front about the price. and my husband agreed to it before they did any work. everyone was very friendly, professional and only wanted to help me with my problem. of course I called as soon as I noticed the AC not cooling. they explained a few things that I could try and even walked me thru what to do till the tech got here. very pleased with them and will definitely use them again

I have used Sullivan's for years and yes, the wait time is getting worse... like every place... not enough workers. But after about 6 weeks they did get here and did a fast, good job fixing our running faucet. Very expensive though.

Sullivans took great care of me. My ac stopped cooling. I called them to make a appointment to have it looked at and they were here within 2 hours. Had me fixed right up. Very professional. Honest about price. Definitely would recommendService: A/C system repair
