This place is literally the best in town!! Literally!! Their teachers travel directly to India for classes, like, a lot! They learn Yoga where it all started from the most dedicated practitioners in the world and bring that beautiful, mindful practice back to our neighborhoods. They have the most renowned names in guest teachers in the country, if not the world. Yoga classes in Kentucky? There is nothing, nothing, that compares to Yoga East.
I ordered a package of classes a while back. I wasn't able to use them all, because my life got really busy. However, I absolutely loved it there and hope i can start coming back in the future.
Absolutely the best place in town to practice yoga. The morning mysore program is the only one of its kind in the entire city. Can not speak more highly of this place. If you are a serious student, or wish to learn a traditional yoga practice, this is the place for you!
