Tim is a real professional and it shows he knows what he is doing. He actually helped me over the phone twice without charging me, that is why I went to him when I had a real problem.

Tim is very professional and knows how to effectively communicate with his customers to a level they can understand. He explained the problem and the process to get my laptop fixed. Very good prices as well.

Tim diagnose my laptop. The laptop belonged to my brother that was killed in Afghanistan And I had been told it couldn't be fixed without destroying the pictures and documents on it. Tim found that the motherboard was bad and he was able to replace it and save all my brothers pictures as well as unlocking the password so I can get into it. He is great!
