Alicia @ CS3 Advantage is always reliable and knowledgeable when it comes to whatever IT support I need. Her response to my concern is always prompt and I have yet to see a problem that she has not been able to solve.
I always enjoy working with the CS3 Advantage team. They make the fixing and installing process extremely easy. Everyone I have dealt with there is very knowledgeable and always takes care of whatever problems we are having.
