“I must say I did not give this place a five star review after a disappointing facial peel. I will admit that I also had fillers done that I was completely satisfied with. After I posted my original review I was contacted by Crystal who did return my money for the peel. Although I told her to keep the money, she promptly reversed the charges. This let me know she is a woman of integrity who does believe in customer satisfaction. Although everything did not work out for me, I do still recommend her.“

“I had my first waxing experience here with Kareena and she was WONDERFUL! I was nervous about the appointment being awkward but Kareena’s genuine and friendly personality made me feel so comfortable. She walked me through every step of my appointment and she recommended specific after-care products for me based on my skin type. She isn’t one of those salespeople who just tries to make a dollar off you, she genuinely cares about your skin health and wants to make sure you have the right products and that you know how to use them. The front desk staff was also wonderful and made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. “I got my brows tinted and consultation on going over some previous ombré brow work. Nicki recommended the tint first to see if I liked her work first, which I booked and appointment to get done. I got to her shop and walked inside. I was welcomed inside and informed they were a no shoe salon, which I love and do same at home. She directed me to a chair by the door. I took my shoes off and placed them on a shoe rack by the chair. She had comfy fuzzy sock in a basket for me to wear inside salon! Nicki the walk me down a hallway and offered a selection of scrubs to wash my hands! I chose a vanilla bourbon option and was directed to bathroom to wash my hands! I went back to get started. There was a table in front of salon with a big cushion in the middle to put my legs on as I laid down. This was awesome as I have back issues and it kept pressure off it! She explained she wanted to tweak my brows to make them even and get rid of the two tones on them. She cleaned the area and applied some tea tree oil that smelled devine. Nicki really took her time and did a fabulous job! She did explain she wanted to wait for my brows to get lighter before she tried anything more permanent. She said since she didn’t know the previous color put on my brows and whether going over them would work! She was honest and didn’t want to take my money on a process that wouldn’t work, which I appreciated so much! Some salons would just take your money and do it anyway without telling you that! The end result were great. Nicki said I could do the tint monthly as we wait for my previous work to lighten up! I did schedule an appointment for next month! Also, she had some great body products and I purchased three of them! I am so pleased with her services and will gladly be an ongoing customer! I highly recommend!

“First, I love that European Wax Center uses hard wax which is so much better than soft wax.
Dianne has decades of experience and knowledge about her craft, and is highly skilled at waxing anything on your body. But for me, the big thing is that she's also phenomenal at shaping brows. My eyebrows are a challenge, and since they frame the face, having someone who can make them look their best is key. I'll definitely be back to see Dianne on repeat!!! ?“
