After each of my three Lalai massages, I felt 'light', almost like I was floating. Tight muscles were loosened, skin was treated to essential oils, and a sense of well being ensued. Highly recommended! :)
I received capable & thorough massage treatment for recent shoulder/arm discomfort. They willingly worked me in since I was visiting from out of town, clearly communicated their plan of care, made me feel comfortable, all in a peaceful, clean environment. The staff's friendliness and level of care/expertise is excellent. I would be a repeat customer if I lived in state!
We had a couples massage. They were very responsive in scheduling and confirming the appt. My husband had the Thai massage which was truly a traditional Thai massage! It's great to have that option locally! I did not have the Thai massage but mine was just as amazing. The room was relaxing, both checked in to ensure the pressure, room temperature etc was comforting to us. They truly take pride in their skill set while providing excellent customer service. The experience was relaxing along with working out some muscle strain/stress. I highly recommend.
