We wanted to provide a shout out to Gail Gregory at Sam Kinnaird's Flooring. We are new to Louisville and one of our first experiences was working with Gail to select new carpeting for our home. She was kind and extremely patient. Since we were moving here from out of town and on a tight schedule, she went out of her way to get measurements for our flooring so it could be ordered and installed prior to our move date. Not only is she an excellent employee, she is also a great representative of our new city.

We LOVE the new carpet we purchased for our bedroom! Karyn was GREAT! She knew her stuff and helped us find a pet friendly carpet, for our 3-dog home. The carpet is very plush and looks beautiful.

I once again have had the great pleasure of working with Karyn Pfeiffer at Sam Kinnard’s Flooring in Middletown. I first met Karen when I had new carpet installed in my home some years back. This time I’m opting for new flooring, and I’m so grateful to Karyn for her assistance in this process — a new one for me. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the products I considered and able to clearly answer my questions. I also very much value her artistic eye for space and how to best accentuate a homeowner’s decor.
