We had an excellent experience with FCI. They were extremely responsive, thorough and accommodating. From my first call, Charles came the next day to look at the project, Mike managed the project thoroughly from there, and even the installers were not only respectful but definitely knew what they were doing. I plan to use them soon for my next project and will definitely refer them to others.

From Mike Konrad, the sales representative, to the installers Nick, Francisco, and Tony, we couldn’t be happier. I was told they would be here at 9am and they arrived promptly with the OWNER of the company, Charles. They discussed the plan of action and executed it flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier with my decision!

Charles is a stand up guy and does what he says he's gonna do ..The show room is amazing and easy to understand for those that just wanna see the mass array of beautiful floors Floor Covering International has to offer ....I don't know why anyone would wanna go anywhere else now that Floor Coverings International is in town!!!
