Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful (I wish I had gotten their names) but this is an amazing team of people! I instantly felt comfortable and the quality of care was unmatched. Dr. Patrick is personable while being thorough and thoughtful. The gentleman that helped us pick out our glasses was not only honest and helpful, but informative and completely transparent about our insurance costs and coverage, consistently updating us on what we would pay out of pocket. You get the best quality care with a very personalized and one on one feel that you can’t get most places. Dr. Patrick is the best! I had a crazy scratch on my new glasses. He switched them out, as they were under warranty! Who knew? Plus, he’s always there when my sensitive eyes are bothering me. He’s the best!

Dr. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable in fitting patients with the perfect contact lenses that fit their needs. He is friendly, personable, and gives you all of the time you need during an appointment. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses and the lady that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable in fitting me with the perfect pair of glasses. She was thorough and meticulous in making sure that my glasses were made correctly by the lab and that I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend River City Eyecare.
