“So it was KY DERBY week, 2024 and I was in town from out-of-town with the need to meet the high bar of style and pomp for my various Derby related events...including the 'see and be seen' spectacles at Churchill Downs. On no notice, as a new customer and with multiple shirts and pants with ZERO margin for delay or error, Highland Cleaners on Bardstown road greeted me, inprocessed my account and turned all of my garments SAME Day on the Thursday of Derby Week! The customer service was just exceptional and the clothes were ready early! Use this cleaners for all your D/C and laundry needs...and, I even noticed they do residential p/u and delivery...A WINNER every day.“

“I was really impressed with this Highland Cleaners location. There turnaround time right after Christmas was extremely fast- my clothes were ready the next day, and they did a great job. It was also much less expensive than I was expecting. I had 2 blazers, a long wool coat, and a sweater cleaned for $50. Each blazer and the sweater were about $10 each and the coat was $20. Will definitely be using them again.“

“I been coming to Maj Cleaners for years b/c it very close to where I live and never had a problem. They get the job fast for a reasonably priced.The only draw back is the parking lot can be hard to maneuver when too many cars are in it. It sits near the corner of Bardstown Rd and Feganbush Ln. They are are across the street of Bill Collins Ford.“

“I would like to put a huge shout out for a terrific business in town, Parrot Dry Cleaners. Yesterday (Thursday 4-25-24) I was getting my dark suits in order knowing my younger brother didn’t have long to live. A brain tumor, he was sent home Tuesday (4-23-24) and told he had about two weeks to live. Well, he passed away at 3 o’clock this morning (4-26-24) and at 8:30 this morning Parrot Cleaners knocked on the door to pick up my cleaning and I explained I couldn’t send it because I wouldn’t get it back quick enough before my brothers funeral, the driver was so sweet and he called his boss and they said no problem. By noon, I had my dark suit back in my hands freshly cleaned. That is customer service! And the driver was so nice and wished me and the family well. I so appreciate them for going so far out of their way.“
