My ladies hat was thoroughly cleaned and returned in a box, so it retained its shape. Nice touch. My white shirt was returned to the cleaner, but the manager, Tim ,noticed some lint all over it and returned the shirt for better processing. Observation was good.

I thought you all closed at 3 on Saturday, but it’s 2. I got there at 2:05 and the woman working let me in anyway to get my clothes. I really appreciated her kindness! My work schedule makes it hard for me to pick up my dry cleaning, since we’re open the same hours as your store, so I was really thankful that she let me get my clothes! Thank you!

I was impressed with the service! I dropped off my dress during Derby week (of all times) and the turn-around time was super fast! I also received a thank you card in the mail from the store manager, which was a very nice touch. I will be a repeat customer for sure!
