The employees here are friendly and knowledgeable, I called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for. They tested and confirmed the bag part, free of charge, and had gone ahead and pulled my part, in and out in under 15 minutes. I'll be going here again in the future.

Came in a after my dryer stopped producing heat. They tested the various parts that might have been faulty and helped my find out which one needed to be replaced. Also walked me through how to change out the part that I eventually needed. Dryer works good as new, highly recommend!

I called Derby City about a microwave handle and they were awesome! Able to look up the correct part number right away when other resources were not able to assist me. They didn't have the part and it was on national back order, but I was able to find it thanks to their great assistance. thanks guys, will refer friends to you every time!
