They hire trusted subcontractors for each part of the project, which ensured that every aspect of our renovation was done by an expert in that field. From the electrician to the tile installer, each tradesman was professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. Tradeworks made sure of it.Tradeworks also allowed us to do the project in phases, which helped us manage our cashflow. We upgraded all the electric, fixed the second-floor joists, and remodeled the kitchen, two and a half bathrooms, and turned a bedroom on the second floor into a laundry room. It was a big project. But Tradeworks was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had along the way.The project manager, Tom, was knowledgeable, personable, and kept us informed of every step of the process. “Excellent handyman service. The handyman made efficient use of his time and did several projects in the small amount of time I scheduled, was polite, professional, and didn't try to upsell me. I liked that I was able to get a ballpark estimate before my appointment by emailing photos and the estimate was spot on. I REALLY liked the attention to detail and how well the handyman cleaned up after he was done (wow!). When it comes time to do my kitchen remodel, I'll be contacting them to use their remodeling service.“
“James’ first project on our house was building a fence - project was completed in a timely manner once project was started. We pushed back start date because of heat - and it was complete in three days! James and his wife also came and helped us with some kitchen plumbing issues that we had only a few days later. Spent the time making sure it was done right and when the sink clogged up afterwards, James came the next day and unclogged our pipes (it was horrible!!) and cleaned up the space and made sure everything was running smooth. James (and his wife) will be our go to people for getting things done around our house. Fair price and does it right (and gives a year guarantee for all their work!)! “We had our roof estimate given us a year ago by Mark Moran and then things happened preventing us from getting it done at that time. I had 2 other estimates at the same time. Forward a year and we decided to get it done. I called all three again and Alliance and Mark was not only great to deal with he stood by his previous estimate. One and a half weeks later we have a great looking roof and his crew was very efficient and finished the work in what was a long hot day. The wife and I are very satisfied! Dwight M.“
