“My experience with Anderson was great from start to finish. There was a minor mishap with scheduling the estimate, but Eric went out of his way to make it happen, and he isn't even in sales. Eric was great with explaining how everything would work once we decided on what we were getting. After ordering, we were updated frequently on the status. Melissa was informative, and even found us a paint sample of the new door so we could take to stores to find new wall paint. The installation did get rescheduled, but I was asked days in advance if that was ok. Nathan, one of the installers, gave a courtesy call before arriving and his teamwork with Troy and Kyle was on point. We had 2 doors, a picture window, and two other windows installed, and everything looks and works great so far. Everyone was friendly, and helpful in every way. Thank you!“
