Excellent customer service! My sales associate, Kristin Mclure, was patient and very helpful in assisting me with designing my new bathroom. They stand behind their products and sales. The store manager, Trent Barrett, was fantastic! They go above and beyond with service and stock beautiful high quality materials.

Amazing customer service and always has an excellent selection. Called about one of our orders and Trent took such good care of us. One of the most helpful tile stores I’ve ever been to. We always get our tile from them and we’ve never had a bad experience. It’s worth the drive!!

I was overwhelmed by picking tile out for my bathroom remodel. Justin approached me and walked around the store with me until I found what I was looking for. He did not pressure me in any way and even showed me less expensive similar options. When I called to order the tile he walked me through all the additional pieces I would need that my contractor neglected to tell me to get. Everything was in and delivered exactly when I was told, and the delivery man was also very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend the tile shop as it has great options and excellent service.
