WE LOVE OUR NEW WOOD FLOORS FROM RITE RUG!!! We went into their store showroom and Warren Havens talked with me and my husband and we made an in home appointment for him to come and measure and bring samples of what he thought we might like after speaking with him. Warren Havens was so very nice to deal with and he represented Rite Rug in the most professional way. He answered all our questions and concerns and he sent a very great team with Oscar as the Owner to our home to have it installed. Excellent in all aspects of the process.Eric was patient with my many changes of flooring; reworking quotes; and moving installation dates several times due to other construction delays. Excellent communication: was available by text all hours and so helpful. Installation was top notch. Very well done. Pricing very reasonable. I went with Cortec Carthage Oak Herringbone. So very pleased. Beautiful natural brown tone. Doesn’t look yellow or gray. Will include pics but still under construction.

I worked with Lauren to have carpet installed at a property renovation in Lexington while I was located out of state. The process was extremely smooth and easy. Pricing reasonable, great carpet options. Contractors arrived on time and finished the job well. 10/10 would use again!
