Damion and Darius came in and immediately assessed our floors, quickly went back to the van, picked up the supplies they needed and went to work! Explained what they were doing, products used and how things worked along the way. Extremely polite, friendly and respectful. Now my floors look amazing! Very satisfied and would highly recommend!
Great experience! I was able to make an online appointment for the very next day. James was excellent! Friendly and professional. Listened to exactly what I wanted. Left my sectional and rug in great shape after a nasty stomach virus. I tired to clean them myself and somehow the smell was worse. He even talked with me about why it went wrong. Thanks! Will be using in again in the future.
Zachary was very professional and he did an amazing job on our carpets. After several years of pets and kids, he made these carpets look like they did the day we moved in. We will definitely be using this service again in the future.
